By booking or visiting San Cipriano, you accept the following terms and conditions.
Important Notice
By making a reservation or visiting San Cipriano, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Assumption of Risk
San Cipriano is a nature reserve with outdoor activities that carry inherent risks. By visiting our reserve, the visitor:
- • Acknowledges and voluntarily accepts all risks associated with activities in natural environments, including but not limited to: hiking, swimming in rivers, contact with wildlife, and transportation on brujitas.
- • Assumes full responsibility for their own safety and well-being, as well as that of minors under their supervision.
- • Declares being in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities offered.
Liability Waiver
The community of San Cipriano, its members, representatives, guides and service providers:
- • Will not be liable for personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss or damage to belongings that may occur during the visit.
- • Will not be liable for events beyond their control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or actions of third parties.
- • Are exempt from any claim, demand or legal action arising from the visit to the reserve.
Visitor Obligations
The visitor agrees to:
- Comply with all reserve protection and safety rules.
- Follow the instructions of local guides at all times.
- Not enter under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances.
- Supervise minors under their care at all times.
- Respect the environment and the local community.
Health and Safety
- • Visitors must report any medical condition, allergy or physical limitation before engaging in activities.
- • Travel insurance and/or personal medical insurance is recommended.
- • The reserve does not have emergency medical services on site. The nearest medical center is located in Buenaventura.
- • El incumplimiento de las normas de seguridad puede resultar en accidentes. El visitante es responsable de seguir todas las indicaciones proporcionadas por los guías.
Disclaimer
La comunidad de San Cipriano no se hace responsable por accidentes o incidentes que ocurran como consecuencia del incumplimiento de las normas de seguridad establecidas. Al visitar la reserva:
- • El visitante acepta seguir todas las indicaciones de seguridad proporcionadas.
- • El visitante reconoce los riesgos naturales inherentes a las actividades en ríos y senderos.
- • El visitante es responsable de sus propias acciones y las de los menores bajo su supervisión.
Reservations and Cancellations
- • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the community.
- • Prices are for reference only and may vary according to season and specific services.
- • The community reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions or other circumstances.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or entering the San Cipriano reserve, the visitor confirms that they have read, understood and fully accept these terms and conditions, as well as the reserve's protection and safety rules.
